Wildwinds is pleased to announce the return of last years management team for the 2012 season.
Our great C.P.G.A Head Golf Professional is Dennis Snyder who is returning for his second season at Wildwinds after a lengthy career in the golf industry. Dennis has worked at some of the areas top golf courses which include Westmount Golf & Country Club, Cutten Club, and most recently was a key member of the management team at Turtle Creek Golf Club. Dennis' knowledge of the game of golf along with his customer service skills and Professional Golf status were great additions to the golf club last season. Dennis will be a familiar face to many people as he is the leader of the golf clubs dream team in the Proshop.
Working under Dennis' supervision is Nathan Zanelli-Brooks an established teaching professional who returns to Wildwinds after spending many years teaching the game of golf at local practice facilities. He also worked the retail side of the industry at Golf Town. Nathan has helped to create a proshop that offers something for every caliber of golfer. His technical mentality of the game of golf will be a valuable asset to Wildwinds. Nathan will also be organizing the junior clinics at the golf course which begin later in June.
After getting acquainted with the property and fixing nearly 32 irrigation issues last season our Golf Course Superintendent Trever Turner returns to take the golf course to a new level this season. We owe many thanks to Trever and the turf team at Wildwinds for the conditions and consistency of quality they provided last season. We look forward to seeing what the team can do this year!
Our Club Manager Scott MacKay is returning to lead the Wildwinds team for another season. Last season was Scott's first year with the golf club and he has now learned the ins and outs of Wildwinds and looks forward to growing the golfing community around Wildwinds. Many other changes have been on going at Wildwinds since December and with the golf season underway would look forward to seeing everyone shortly.
